AUCTION - Descriptions
They are our opinions, or those of the vendors, and must not be taken as statements of fact. Buyers disagreeing with our opinions are at liberty to reject any purchased Lot and must return it within 2 days of receipt, in the same condition as when despatched. The buyer will then be reimbursed the money paid in respect of the Lot, excluding postage. We shall not accept any rejection of Lots listed under "General Lots", "Lucky Dips", "Collections" and/or "Selections" for any reason.
Prices for postmarks are regardless of condition of stamp.

AUCTION - Bidding
Can be done with confidence, entering on your e-mail the maximum amount you are prepared to pay for each lot of your interest. Bid for as many lots as you wish and, if necessary, add "Please limit my bids to £....". We will bid on your behalf and buy at the lowest possible price, subject only to the competition of other bids. All bids are treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties.

Any bids below Starting Price (ST.PR.) cannot be accepted and therefore will be adjusted as if they were at starting price.

Lots will be sold to the highest bidder one step above the next highest bid or starting price. In case of equal bids - first come first served.

Bidding Step Increases:

Up to £10 - 50p £10 to £20 - 75p.
£20 to £50 - £1.50 £50 to £100 - £2.50
Over £100 - £5 -

AUCTION - How to bid
 By sending your bids it is understood that you have read and agree to our Conditions.

Send us the following information:

  1. Name
  2. Full postal address
  3. Lot nos. and the highest price you wish to bid for each lot
  4. Please limit my bids to £... (if applicable)

Check your bids carefully to avoid mistakes and please send them early.

Your bids will then be entered into our Auction.
If you are successful you will be sent an invoice. This will show the result of each lot and the total price, including postage. 

AUCTION - Payment
An invoice will be sent.
Postage, packing and insurance costs will be borne by the buyer.
Lots are not mailed until paid for.
Please pay either

  • in cash - Pounds Sterling or U.S.$
  • by Cheque, International Money Order or Bank Draft - in Pounds Sterling only.
Customers unable to pay as above should be prepared to add up to £9.00 extra to their invoice to cover bank charges.

Payment should be made within 7 days of receipt of invoice.

WE DO NOT CHARGE BUYERS COMMISSION. THERE IS NO V.A.T. CHARGE.

AUCTION - Posting
Lots are despatched 5 working days after receipt of payment. We are sorry for any delays but we depend on the Post Office services.

PRICE LIST - How to Order

1. Send us an e-mail with the following information:
  a. Your name and full postal address
  b. Cosmos nos. - mint/used/fdc - prices in £ (U.K. Pounds) of the items required.
2. We reserve the items as soon as your order is received.
3. We e-mail back with total cost of the items in stock, including postage, plus methods of payment. We note which items are not available and let you know when they are in stock again, in case you want to re-order.
4. Items sent on receipt of full payment.

Prices are in £ (U.K.Pounds Sterling).
All post and packing charges to be paid by customer.
There is no V.A.T. charge.

This comprehensive catalogue includes information from all other existing catalogues, auctions and articles.

It has been designed in such a way as to only need to be purchased once (no need for an expensive new catalogue every year).   Add only alterations and new pages - which can be purchased for a small fee.

The price, including postage, is £15.00, U. S. dollars 30, or 25 Euros.
Customers outside the U.K. need to add $5 or 5 Euros for bank charges if paying by cheque.
No extra charges when paying in cash.

No extra charges when paying in cash.

We will send you the New Issues as they become available, let you know how much your credit is, and ask you for further payments when necessary.
